4 quart cabbage
2 quart tomatoes
6 peppers
5 onions
2 oz celery seed
1 teaspoon tumeric
4 tablespoon salt
2 lb sugar
2 quart white vinegar
2 oz mustard seed

Grind vegetables on coarse grinder. Add seasonings and cook vegetables until tender. Seal in jars until used. Source: "Kolaches and other fine Czech Recipes", Prague, OK, 1952
