1/2 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 tablespoon sugar
1/2 lb cream cheese
3 single egg yolks
1 teaspoon flavoring, vanilla or orange

Cream cheese well, add cornstarch and egg yolks and mix well. Add sour cream 1 or 2 Tb at a time. Work fast and mix thouroughly. At the end add the sugar and flavoring. Spread over dough, roll and bake in moderate oven.
