Shrimp Patties

1 lb shrimp,small or chopped
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon starch
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix the ingredients together. In a frying pan over medium heat pour oil 1/4/" deep. Make 2" patties, 1/4" thick and fry, turning once, about 2 min per side. Serve with garlic and vinegar sauce.

Yield: 4 servings
