Okinawa Dango (Doughnuts)

3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cup tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Combine dry and liquid ingredients. Mix until blended. Shape into small balls and deep fry. Roll in sugar. From "My Recipes", Red Hill Elementary School, Honolulu, HI, 1973
