Irish Soda Bread breads, scot/irish 4 cup flour 4 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 large currants, box 1 cup milk 1/2 pint sour cream 2 egg Take all dry ingredients and raisins and mix together with fingers. Add milk, sour cream and eggs. Mix with a spoon; batter should be sticky. Grease and dust a 9" cake pan with flour. Pour batter into pan and even out.
