Mandryky Apple Topping check, ethnic, european, fruits 2 each apples, peeled, cored, & chopped 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed 1/4 teaspoon ginger ground 4 tablespoon sugar 3 tablespoon butter Saute' apples in butter, add sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
