Sicilian Fish Sauce For Pasta ethnic, fish, pasta 4 scallions chopped fine 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup peeled fresh tomatoes chop 8 fresh basil leaves sliced 1 salt, pepper; dash of hot 1 sauce is optional 3 tilapia fillets; cubed or 1 any firm sweet non oily fish 1/2 lb spaghetti cooked 1 parmesan cheese Saute chopped scallion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add tomatoes, basil and salt and pepper to taste and let cook for about 5 minutes until tomatoes resolve into a sauce. Add fish cubes and simmer on low until fish is tender.
