10 lb ground beef
3 lb ground pork
1 small clove garlic
1/4 oz chili powder
1/3 oz caraway seed

Salt and ppeper to taste. Mix all ingredients half an hour, stuff into casings; hang up on pole and smoke for 18 hours. Source: "Kolaches and other fine Czech Recipes", Prague, OK, 1952
