Broccoli Lima Bean Casserole

1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 can lima beans (2 1/2 size)
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup cheese whiz or velveeta
1/2 cup rice chex, crushed
1 salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain broccoli. Put into casserole by layers, alternating broccoli and lima beans. Cover with soup. Top with Rice Chex and cheese. You may put in some cheese while you are layering.
