Fruit Mold desserts, ethnic, fruits 1 can fruit cocktail, #303 can 1/2 cup fruit cocktail syrup 1 pkg plain gelatin (knox) 1 pkg lime jello, 3 oz 1 cup boiling water 1 bottle whipped cream 3 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 pkg 8oz cream cheese 4 tablespoon mayonaise Drain syrup and save 1/2 cup. Mix 1/4 c water to 1 pkg of plain gelatin. Melt lime jello in cup of boiling water, add gelatin mixture, fruit cocktail juice and refrigerate. let this settle partially. In a separate bowl beat whip cream until stiff, gradually add powdered sugar. In another bowl beat cream cheese and mayonaise until very fluffy. Mix everything together in one bowl. Chill. Serve.
