Chili-Hominy Casserole

4 cup hominy
4 cup your favorite chili
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 cup cheddar cheese grated (8
1 oz)

Prehat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a large heavy skillet. In it layer half of the hominy, the chile, onion and cheese. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
