1 tablespoon garlic -- chopped
1 onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili pepper -- crushed
1 can (10 oz)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 rotel tomatoes

Braise meat until browned. Add garlic and onions and continue cooking until onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients and cover with about 2 inches of water.
