1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground ham; smoked, cooked
1/4 cup onion; chopped, 1 small
1 centiliter garlic; finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin; ground
1 teaspoon oregano leaves; dried
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup basic red sauce **
1 cup beef broth
