Louisiana Chili Beef beef, chili, groundmeat, casseroles, southern 1 lb ground beef 1 tablespoon instant onion flakes 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cup tomato or v-8 juice 1/2 cup water 2 cup krinkly egg noodles 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Brown beef and onion flakes on medium heat. Add seasonings, juice, water and noodles; stir well. Cover and bring to a steam on medium heat; turn to lowest heat and cook for 20minutes. Sprinkle with cheese over top and serve. Margaret L.
