Meaty Chili From Wendy's soups, beef, chili, copycat 2 lb ground beef 1 quart tomato juice 29 oz can tomato puree 15 oz can red beans, drained 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 1/4 cup chili powder 2 teaspoon cumin 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste Brown beef in large skillet; drain. In 6-quart pot, combine beef, juice, puree, beans, onion, celery, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, sugar and cayenne; cover pot.
