----TO EACH QUART JAR ADD----
1 head fresh dill
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno pepper (opt)
----BRING TO BOIL----
2 quart ; water
1 quart vinegar
1 cup non-iodized salt

Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack in jars. These should be room temperature. Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars.
