Empanaditas De Queso [cheese Empanadas]

1/2 kilo de harina [flour]
1/4 kilo de mantequilla [butter
1 or other fat]
1 clara batida [beaten egg
1 white]
2 yemas [egg yolks]
1 cucharadita de royal
1 [teaspoon of ??gelatin??]
1 agua tibia con sal [lukewarm
1 salt water]
1 relleno [filling]
1 mantequilla o aceite para
1 freir [butter or oil for
1 frying]
1 cebolla picadita [minced
1 onion]
1 sal [salt]
1 aji molido [ground

1 red pepper??]
1 trozos de queso mantecoso
1 [pieces of soft/buttery
1 cheese]
1 clara batida [beaten egg
1 white]

Se amasa primero la harina con manteca, yemas, y Royal, se va mezclando todo con poquito de agua tibia con sal hasta formar una bola compacta. La masa esta lista cuando comienza a reventarle ojitos. [First mix the flour with the butter, egg yolks, ??gelatin, then mix it all with a little at a time of the salt water until it forms a compact ball. The dough is ready when it begins to have little bubbles that burst.] Relleno [filling] Se frie la cebolla en aceite or mantequilla, sal, aji molido.
