1 can campbell's condensed cream
1 celery soup or
1 can campbell's condensed cream
1 poblano
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 3/16 teaspoon pepper.
