1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon dried mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped chives
