Chili Ro*tel Style beef, chili, groundmeat, southwest 2 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 can ro*tel dice tomatoes and green chil; ies (10 oz) 1 can tomato puree (15 oz) 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz) 1 pkg chili seasoning (1 1/4 oz) Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned. Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
