Jerked Chicken > San Jose Mercury News spice, chicken, caribbean 4 teaspoon allspice 6 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tablespoon fresh ginger 2 tablespoon dark brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon jalapeno, chopped 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup green onions, sliced 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 2 tablespoon lime juice Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken (about 4 pieces) for 2 hours.
