Duck Sauce For Chinese Food poultry, sauces, chinese 1/2 cup apricot preserves 6 tablespoon water 2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 dash garlic powder 1 apple, chopped 3/4 cup chopped light peaches, pears 1 or pineapple Cook apricot preserves, water, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic powder until preserves melt.
