Curried Beans vegetables, african, curry 450 gm fresh green beans 450 gm chopped onions 3 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon salt 3 large cups sugar 5 cup vinegar 3 tablespoon curry powder Cook the beans, add the onions to the boiling water.Drain and cool.Boil the vinegar and sugar.Mix the flour,curry powder,salt and vinegarinto a paste.Cook until the mixture thickens.Add the beans and onions.Bottle the mixture.
