Chicken Chili Bake chili, chicken, casseroles 1 x no ingredients 1/2 c brown rice -- uncooked 1 3/4 c chicken broth 2 c chopped -- cooked chicken 1 1/2 c medium salsa 1 cn cream of chicken soup 1 c frozen whole kernel corn -- : thawed 1/2 c finely chopped onion 1 TB Worcestershire sauce 2 ts chili powder 1 ts dried oregano 1/2 ts curry powder 1/4 ts pepper Cook rice in chicken broth until tender and broth is absorbed. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir in rice. Bake in a greased 2-quart casserole dish @ 350 for 30 minutes.
