Chili With Pumpkin chili, low-fat 4 cup water 1 can tomato, crushed (28 oz) 3 can red kidney beans (16 oz) 1 can solid pack pumpkin (16 oz) 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped 1 cup bulgur wheat, uncooked 1 cup green chilies, chopped 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt Drain and rinse the beans. Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min.
