Chili Sauce (Mom) relishes, pickles, canning 1 gal peeled chopped tomatoes 2/3 cup chopped onions 1 1/2 cup chopped green or hot peppers 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 5 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon ginger, ground 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 cup cider vinegar Put all ingredients in a non reactive pan. Simmer and stir until thickness desired. Can in sterile pints. Mom's recipe.
