Wild Rice With Chili appetizers, chili, rice 1 small onion -- finely chopped 1 tablespoon corn oil 2 chili pepper -- finely 1 chopped 240 gm parboiled rice with wild 1 rice -- (3 dl.) 4 1/2 deciliters 1 chili 1 fresh chives 1 vegetable broth Optional Garnish----- Fry onions in oil until translucent. Add chili and rice, followed by the broth. Boil 20 min. covered. Let stand for 5-10 min. and fluff with a fork. If desired, garnish with chili and fresh chives.
