Baked Potato Fries (Low Fat)

2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 potatoes, scrubbed, 2 lbs.

Heat oven to 450 F. In large bowl combine oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Using a very sharp knife or vegetable slicer, cut potatoes crosswise in 1/8" slices. As they are cut, add potatoes to oil mixture in bowl and toss to coat. Arrange about half the potatoes in a single layer on two large baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, reversing baking sheets halfway through baking time, until crisp and golden. Repeat with remaining potatoes. Serve hot.
