Chilled Asparagus Piquant (No Fat) Http://Foodnet.fic.ca/ low-fat, vegetables 10 ml cornstarch 2 ml water 125 ml cold water 1/2 ml salt 2 ml basil 25 ml catsup 1 ml worcestershire sauce 5 ml lemon juice 500 gm fresh asparagus - cooked and 1 chilled Combine all ingredients except asparagus. Blend until smooth. Bring to boil and simmer 2 min. Chill. Serve over chilled asparagus.
