Papaya And Vegetable Salsa

1 large papaya; peeled, seeded, - finely
1 cup seeded tomatoes - (finely chopped)
1/2 cup peeled seeded cucumber - (finely ch; opped)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon seeded jalapeno chili - (finely cho; pped)
1 low-fat tortilla chips

Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

Yield: 3 cups
