2 cup stewed tomatoes
1 3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 3/4 cup kidney beans -- canned
1 large carrot -- diced
1 large onion -- diced
1/2 cup green pepper -- diced
1 cup turnip -- diced
1 cup celery -- diced
1 tablespoon chili powder -- to taste
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper -- to taste
