Jamaican Cole Slaw salads ----FORMATTED BY LISA CRAWFORD---- 4 cup shredded cabbage 1/4 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup mayonaise 2 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon dry jerk seasoning Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Mix togethre the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and chill before serving.
