Rajma-Chana Salat (Indian Chick-Pea & Bean Salad)

1 cup canned or cooked chick-peas; small white beans
drained and well rinsed
1 cup peas; fresh or frozen
1 cup yellow wax beans; fresh or frozen
4 green onions and tops
cut into 2" long slivers
1 medium red onion
sliced into rings and the rings hal
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh coriander
2 small fresh hot chiles
seeded and cut into thin rings
1 small lemon; cut into rings
seeded and rings quartered
salt and coarsely ground black pepp; to taste
Rajma-Chana Dressing; see recipe

In a large bowl toss together all ingredients except salt, pepper, and dressing. Chill while you make Rajma-Chana Dressing. Season salad with salt and pepper to taste and pour over dressing.
