Orange & Radish Salad

10 radishes
trim ends and cut into 1/8" thick s
3 oranges
peeled and cut into 1/4" thick slic
2 green onions
trimmed and cut into 1/8" thick sli
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro; optional
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
6 romaine lettuce leaves

Place radishes, oranges, and green onions in a 1-quart bowl. Toss with lime juice, cilantro (if used), oil, vinegar, and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes. Place 1/3 cup of salad on each lettuce leaf. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Serving Ideas : Serve on chilled plates. NOTES : Yield: 6 servings.
