Chicken Gorgonzola

cheese, chicken - breast

3 1/2 ounces fresh, boneless chicken
1/2 teaspoon chopped green onions
3 medium mushrooms; cubed
1 tablespoon diced, seedless tomatoes
1 1/2 ounces white wine
3 ounces cream
1 teaspoon fresh gorgonzola cheese
1/2 teaspoon prepared basil paste; not pesto
penne noodles
butter

Cook sliced chicken quickly over high heat in a small amount of butter in a large pan. Add green onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Turn heat to low. Pour wine and cream into pan. Add gorgonzola cheese and basil paste, and stir Add freshly cooked penne noodles to the pan. Stir. Top with freshly ground pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with parsley.
