Easy Focaccia breads 1 pound pizza dough 2 teaspoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt; (optional) 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced red onion 1/4 cup coarsely chopped black olives 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary; or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary Pat dough evenly into lightly greased 9-inch square cake pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes With finger, make 12 indentations in dough. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt (if using). Top with onion, olives and rosemary. Bake in centre of 450 F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; transfer to rack and let cool slightly. Cut into 4 strips; cut each in half. Serve warm.
