Cocktail Bonfemme beverages, beer 1 ounce fresh lemon juice 2 bottles beer pinch ginger cinnamon bark Boil the beer, pinch of ginger and the cinnamon bark for three minutes. Pour in the lemon juice and continue boiling for one minute. Pass through a fine sieve and refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve iced.
