Tortilla Roll-Ups sandwiches, beef - other 1/3 cup light cream cheese; softened 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 6 flour tortillas 3 roasted red peppers; halved 6 thin slices cooked roast beef 6 asparagus spears; blanched In small bowl, whisk cream cheese with horseradish; spread evenly over tortillas. Top each with red pepper half; lay beef slice on top. Place asparagus on I side; starting from asparagus side, roll up, jelly roll- style. Secure with toothpick. (Rolls can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 hour.) Cut in half to serve.
