Five-Minute Salsa Steak Sandwich beef - other 8 ounces inside round or sirloin steak; trimmed 2 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 onion; sliced lengthwise 1 can (7-1/2 oz) tomato sauce 1/2 cup mild salsa 4 long crusty buns 1 mayonnaise; (optional 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Serve with greens or oven "fried" potatoes. Cut steak into bite-size strips. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over high heat; cook steak and onion, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until desired doneness and onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce and salsa; cook for 1 minute or until hot. Slice buns in half lengthwise; spread cut surfaces with mayonnaise (if using). Divide steak mixture and cheese over bottom halves; sandwich with tops.
