Chutney Chicken chicken - other 1 roasting chicken (about 2-1/2 lb) 1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds 1/2 cup crushed pineapple 1/2 cup chutney 1/4 cup prepared mustard Place chicken in lightly greased roasting pan. In bowl, stir together almonds, pineapple, chutney and mustard; spoon over chicken. Bake in 350°F oven, basting frequently, for about 1-1/2 hours or until tender and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
