Roasted Salmon fish, bbq 2 pounds salmon fillet; with skin 2 tablespoons fresh coriander or parsley; minced 1 tablespoon gingerroot; minced 1 clove garlic; minced 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Place salmon, skin side down, in shallow glass dish; Make shallow diagonal slashes in skinless side. Whisk together coriander, ginger, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; spread over fillet. Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Place fillet, skin side down, on greased grill over low heat; brush with marinade. Close lid and cook for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
