Prizewinning Barbecued Salmon fish, bbq 5 large cloves garlic; chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons fresh parsley; finely chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes; minced 2 pounds unskinned salmon fillet Mash garlic with salt; combine with parsley, oil, and tomatoes. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Place salmon, skin side down, on greased grill over low heat. Brush half of garlic mixture on top; cook 15 minutes.
