Honey-Mustard Glazed Barbecued Ribs

3 pounds pork back ribs
1/4 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary

Cut spareribs into serving-size pieces; place in large pot of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 45 minutes or until meat is fork-tender and no longer pink inside. (Alternatively, place ribs in 12-cup microwave-safe casserole, add 1/4 cup water and microwave, covered, at High for 5 minutes. Microwave, covered, at Medium/50% for 16 to 20 minutes or until meat is fork-tender and no longer pink inside, turning ribs halfway through.) Drain and pat dry. In bowl combine honey, mustard, oil and rosemary. On greased grill over medium-hot coals or on medium-high setting, cook ribs for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and glazed turning often and brushing with honey graze.
