Hoisin-Glazed Sea Bass bbq 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 sea bass fillets; 1-inch thick (about 1 lb) In small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce sesame oil and pepper. Pat fish dry; spread each side with some of the glaze, reserving remaining glaze for basting. Place fish fillets, skin side down, on greased broiler pan or place on grill over medium-high heat; cook, basting occasionally and turning fillets once, for about 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
