Grilled Turkey Breast

1 1/2 pounds boneless turkey breast
2 teaspoons olive oil
pinch (each) salt and pepper

Cook this ahead of time to serve cold. Brush breast with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on greased grill over medium heat, turning twice, for 40 minutes or until juices run clear when turkey is pierced. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. (Make-ahead: Wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
