Grilled Garlic Ginger Chicken Breasts

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons olive oil
pepper

Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper until 1/2 inch thick. Combine lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin and oil; spread over chicken breasts and marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature. Grill on lightly greased grill 4 inches from heat or broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside. Season with pepper to taste. Serve with wax beans and rice dotted with chopped sweet yellow pepper. about 160 calories, 26 g protein, 5 g fat, 2 g carbohydrate
