Garlic And Chive Potatoes bbq, potatoes 8 small new potatoes 3 tablespoons butter; melted 2 cloves garlic; minced 2 tablespoons fresh chives; chopped 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; freshly grated 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Scrub potatoes; do not peel. In saucepan of boiling water; cook potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender; drain well. Cut in half; threadonto four 8-inch skewers. In bowl, stir together butter, garlic, chives, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Place skewers on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning and brushing often with butter mixture, for 6 to 10 minutes or until heated through and skins are crisp.
