Cedar-Planked Salmon fish, bbq 1-1/2 pounds salmon fillet; with skin 1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons lemon rind; grated 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon fresh basil; chopped 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt Place salmon, skin side down, in large dish. Stir together oil, lemon rind and juice, basil, pepper and salt; pour over salmon. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 8 hours. Place salmon, skin side down, on soaked cedar plank, discard marinade. Place plank on grill over medium heat; close lid and cook for about 20 minutes or until fish is bronze coloured and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
