BBQ Goulash beef - other 2 pounds stew beef 1 medium onions; sliced 1 cloves garlic; minced 1/2 cup chili sauce 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon dried marjoram 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons all purpose flour Cut beef into 1-inch cubes; trim off any fat. Place in 18- to 24-cup slow cooker. Sprinkle with onions and garlic. Combine 1 cup water; chili sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, marjoram, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 20 hours or until meat is tender. Stir flour into Ľ cup cold water; stir into meat mixture. Increase heat to HIGH; cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened.
