Tomato-Poached Fish Fillets fish 1 package (14-oz) frozen flounder or bluefish fillets; thawed 1 can (10-oz) tomatoes 2 teaspoons dill weed; dried 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 cup breadcrumbs; 4 slices bread Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish. Pour tomatoes over fish. Sprinkle with dill weed. Bake, uncovered, in 350şF oven for 15 minutes. In skillet, heat margarine; brown breadcrumbs. Spoon over fish. Bake for about 10 minutes longer.
